• No illegal substances or weapons on the property

• Report any safety concerns to staff immediately

• Keep your living space clean and organized

• Take care of your personal belongings

• Follow shared space rules, including kitchen and common areas

Visitors & Guests

• No guess or visitors are permitted on the property at any time

• this policy is strictly enforced for the safety, privacy and well- being of our resident

  No Pets & No Smoking

• Pets are not allowed in the home

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building

• Staff do not provide medical or personal care

• Residents are responsible for their health, medications, and medical appointments

  Program Policies & Accountability

All residents are expected to follow house guidelines and posted policies to maintain a safe and respectful living environment. Violations may result in corrective action, which may include warnings or, in serious or repeated cases, termination of residency and discharge from the residence in accordance with Michigan law and facility procedures.
